Men in Formation
| Novitiate
The novitiate program is a 20-month experience divided into two years. The first year is formation, both academic and spiritual, and an intense time of discernment about the novice’s future role in the Society of Mary. The second year is spent preparing for ministry, academic preparation, and a final discernment before “first vows.”
